Immunization Updates

For the 2017-2018, ALL Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and 7th Grade students MUST submit new/updated immunization forms as new vaccine requirements have been mandated by the Maryland State Department of Health and Human Hygiene.  The Health & Immunization Form can be found here, on TADS, or School Website.  In addition, ALL new students must submit immunization & health forms prior to the start of the school year.
