Before and After School Care

Our Goal

The mission at the Holy Cross Before and After School Care Program is to provide a safe place for our students to explore, study, and have fun under the supervision of caring adults. Group leaders invite students to participate in a variety of stimulating activities. We are licensed by the Maryland State Child Care Administration. Our staff members are CPR and First Aid certified.

Times

Before School Care is offered from 7:00 - 7:50 am. After School Care begins at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. Students must be registered for the fee-based program. The cost is $5.75 per hour.

Student Activities

Activities will vary according to the interests of the children, staff, and parents. Children are given opportunities to participate in a wide range of activities which include sports, group games, study time, arts and crafts, birdwatching, stamp collecting, karate, fun with science, photography, scrapbooking, sewing, dance, drama, music, and socializing in a atmosphere that supports their developmental needs. A snack is provided.
